01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pokebet," "we," "us," "our" refers to the pokebet online gaming platform accessible at pokebet.club and its operating entity.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pokebet platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the pokebet platform.
• "Platform" means the pokebet website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pokebet Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pokebet Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

pokebet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the pokebet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

pokebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pokebet may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Account Registration

To access the full range of pokebet services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the pokebet Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not register using a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's personal information.
• Your account must be registered in your own legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• pokebet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Upon registration, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process before withdrawals are enabled. Accepted identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or other government-issued photo identification acceptable to pokebet.

pokebet may, at its discretion, require additional documentation including proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your pokebet account.
• You must use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• You must notify pokebet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

pokebet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified pokebet of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

06 Deposits & Payments

pokebet accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are available to Filipino players in accordance with applicable Philippine payment regulations:

• GCash — minimum deposit ₱100
• PayMaya / Maya — minimum deposit ₱100
• Bank Transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card — Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. pokebet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pokebet reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

pokebet does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for applicable charges.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified account details.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated on the withdrawal page.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• pokebet targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to payment provider processing times.

pokebet reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for a reasonable period. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.

In the event that a withdrawal is made to a payment method that is subsequently found to be fraudulent or not registered in your name, pokebet reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend your account pending investigation.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

pokebet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pokebet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• pokebet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

09 Gaming Rules

All games available on the pokebet Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gaming rules apply across all products:

• It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures, as applicable. pokebet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player. pokebet's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed after a game round has commenced may be voided at pokebet's discretion.
• pokebet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on markets that were opened in error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each table, including minimum and maximum bet limits, side bet availability, and dealer procedures. These rules are displayed at each live table.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pokebet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pokebet staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

pokebet employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. Any funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pokebet Platform — including but not limited to the pokebet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pokebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pokebet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the pokebet brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Responsible Gaming

• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pokebet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

15 Termination & Account Closure

Either you or pokebet may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting pokebet support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Closure by pokebet: pokebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• Regulatory Closure: pokebet may be required to close accounts or restrict services in response to PAGCOR directives or other regulatory requirements. In such cases, real-money balances will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 14, and 17 — shall continue to apply after account closure.

16 Amendments to These Terms

pokebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to amendments:

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pokebet Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact pokebet support with a detailed description of your complaint. pokebet will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process, where applicable.
• Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section limits pokebet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
